Web/Interactive Project Management

I have more than 10 years' experience managing web and email marketing projects. I work equally well with developers, designers, vendors, and managers. Not only have I managed custom projects, I've worked with external vendors to implement enterprise-level analytics, sales & support chat systems, and content management systems.

But my experience isn't limited to implementation and project management. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, whether you need a landing page hand-coded, a CMS template built, or a new HTML email template. I can take these projects from mock-ups to deployment, then test and iterate.

Is your email CTR in the tank? Would your shopping cart abandonment rate make Seth Godin cry? I can put you on the right track. Do I know all the answers? No — no one does until they start testing. But I know the right questions to ask, the KPIs you need to start tracking, and the right tests to get you started.

I can inventory your content, make sure it can be found by search engines, and put it to work for you. I'm a skilled editor and writer with sky-high standards. Improving Systems; Saving Time and Money

I'm great at listening to clients and working with developers. At my previous employer, I automated email creation systems, saving hundreds of staff-hours. I've converted many spreadsheets from "data dumps" into actionable information and improved many other systems like these. And I've got the education to back up my experience. I'll complete my Master's Degree in Technical Communication this August.
